Learning Goals
During the first 3 trimesters, the curriculum focuses on equipping the participants with:
- An overview of major functional areas of management and their interconnectedness
- The ability to take analytical decisions under complex business scenario
- The ability to understand macro-economic trends impacting businesses.
- The ability to think strategically as a business leader by taking a BIG PICTURE approach.
During the last 3 trimesters, the curriculum focuses on
- Imparting advanced learning and skills to the participants in their area of interest
- Leadership training
- Application of the functional learnings through capstone simulation.
