Faculty Position:

We invite applications for faculty positions at the level of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in all academic areas. Specifically, we are looking for candidates in the following areas for immediate recruitment.

• Marketing
• General Management - Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Social Entrepreneurship
• Finance & Accounting 
• Information Technology Systems & Business Analytics

We are looking for candidates with a PhD or equivalent in the discipline from reputed institutions. Candidates in the final stages of PhD may also apply. Applicants with at least 3-7 years of teaching will be preferred. However, for PhDs from a well known University/Institute (e.g. IIMs/ IITs/... in India or well-known research universities across the world), and a good research/academic record, the 3 years experience requirement may be waived. Candidates should also  have a record of scholarship including published research in reputed peer-reviewed journals (ABDC /SCOPUS indexed). Our faculty members are expected to involve themselves in collaborative research, course development, institution development, training programmes as well as consultancy work.

Research Associate:

Applications are invited from qualified candidates to the post of Research Associate in the Management discipline.

The candidate should be capable of preparing research proposals for funded projects, research reports, and journal articles. She/ he must be proficient in the documentation of research-related activities. The candidate must be aware of research methodology concepts and be able to carry out research in management and allied areas, independently as well as provide due support for the office of research in various research projects and activities that it undertakes. The candidate must support conversion of select student dissertations into publications and ensure that these meet requirements of premium management journals.

The candidate should have good communication skills in English (writing skills, in particular) and be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Educational background: Master’s degree (MBA/ M Com/PGDM). Proficiency in basic data/ statistical analysis and relevant research experience are added advantages.
