Rajagiri with its inception of flagship programme, Masters in Human Resources Management (MHRM) in 1984 has been in the forefront among the institutes that corporates hire management students. Strong fundamentals and experiential learning method made our pedagogy a unique one which later evolved as much talked 'Rajagiri Immersive Learning Experience', a highly researched and implemented learning the culture.

A rigorous selection process intends to map the six competencies - Conceptual clarity, social sensitivity & integrity, Decision Making, Independent & team player, Solving Business Problems and Communication are being carried out to develop a pool of talent that today's organization is looking for a prospective hire. The strong social work background of CMI (Carmelites of Mary Immaculate) Management, who runs the B-school enabled a socially responsible management education and value-based approach to the business.

In two years of fully residential and autonomous programme PGDM, a student is put through a wide variety, yet structured learning methodology and the robust mentoring helps his/her to achieve career goals better than otherwise. Industry partnerships and associations also have been instrumental in becoming a campus that attracts over 100 recruiters every year for campus placements in the last 3 years with 30-50 % of new recruiters added year on year.
