Learning Goals
The PGDM programme has broad learning goals that are aligned with the mission and support the mission of RBS. Each of the learning goals have sub-goals that make it easy to assess students’ progress on each of the goals. RBS uses an Assurance of Learning (AoL) process to assess how well students meet the various program learning goals.
The four learning goals that are embedded in the PGDM curriculum and pedagogy are:
- PEO 1: Our graduates will demonstrate Problem-solving skills, supported by appropriate analytical techniques.
- PEO 2: Our graduates will be effective communicators
- PEO 3: Our graduates will have a global perspective
- PEO 4: Our graduates will understand the importance of behaving in a socially responsible manner in their professional lives.
