Rajagiri National Conference on New Paradigms of Management

Location: RBS Date: 28/Jan/2020 - 28/Jan/2020

The Area of General Management is happy to announce the Third Edition of the National Conference on New Paradigms of Management on January 28th, 2020. The Theme for this year's edition is “Sustainable Businesses A Multi-Disciplinary Approach".

The list of topics considered is as follows:

  • Environment management
  • Sustainable Business Management
  • Public Administration
  • CSR
  • Green Initiatives
  • Strategy & Public Policy
  • Disaster Management
  • Non-Profit Enterprise Management
  • Social Entrepreneurship

The conference is a response to various paradigm shifts that have taken place in the business environment. The past decade has witnessed a sea change the way business is practised. The globally flexible workplace, alternative marketing options, technological advancements as well as peaking quality standards have all contributed to a rapidly changing business environment. On the one hand, business leaders have to cope with highly volatile markets that demand keenly thought out financial strategies and operational procedures, and on the other, they have to deal with a culturally diverse client base that demands the highest standards of sustainability in social and environmental aspects. The conference hopes to throw these vital issues open for discussion on a common platform.

Conference papers and posters are expected from students, research scholars, faculty and practitioners from academic institutions and corporate houses across India. Rajagiri hopes to fulfil its prime responsibility as an educator in business management by providing a common platform where the latest academic research can be discussed alongside best practices from the industry.

A conference proceeding with accepted full papers will be published with ISSN number. Only the papers of the highest value in terms of the latest research and best practices will be chosen for publication.
