We are pleased to share that the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) with Rajagiri Business School (RBS) is organizing a webinar on “Shift to Hybrid Learning Model: The New Normal for Education. The Rajagiri Business School (RBS) relentlessly strives to create an interface between education policymakers, academicians, and industry across the globe. The webinar is focused on the exigency of creating preparedness for a hybrid-learning environment in the country and is scheduled on Thursday, 6th August, 4:00- 5:15 pm. Dr. Anil Sahasrabudhe, Chairman, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has confirmed his presence for the event.

 

Almost every person around the globe from school kids to college students to professionals are hoping for a return to normal however, most likely for education sector 2020-2021 will be a mix of online and in-person learning environment. There is a clear sign that now is the time when all the education policy makers, academicians and education technology organization across the globe should reconsider and reframe the traditional model of teaching and learning and should start exploring hybrid learning models as a new normal for education. Creating hybrid learning environment is no longer an option for educators, it is need of the hour.

 

To develop the advanced future ready hybrid learning models, the academicians and Education Technology (EdTech) companies should work jointly and integrate the ideas and learnings to make it more impactful.  With the effective use of Ed-Tech tools, our Higher Education Institutions and Adult Learning Centers could become incubators of exploration and invention also will be future ready for any upcoming crisis.
